Speciality Court Services
BBHW is the substance use treatment provider for Brookings County Drug Court. Through this partnership, we deliver structured treatment, case management, and skill-building programs that help participants meet court requirements while working toward long-term recovery.

DUI & First Offender Programs
DUI First Offender Services
We provide assessments and educational classes for individuals referred after a first DUI offense. These services emphasize accountability, prevention, and healthier decision-making.
Move Up Program (Ages 18–21)
For young adults with a first offense, this program uses age-appropriate education and support to help participants recognize risks, develop coping strategies, and build positive futures.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
For individuals struggling with opioid use disorders, BBHW offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) as part of a comprehensive recovery plan. Our psychiatric providers and nursing staff provide ongoing evaluation, prescribe and monitor medications, and offer supportive counseling to promote safe, sustainable recovery.
