Behavioral Health Clinician

Courtney provides individual therapy for both mental health and substance use clients, facilitates school-based services for children and adolescents, leads various therapeutic groups, and supports BBHW’s 24/7 crisis response services. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is an Addiction Counselor Trainee, National Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Supervisee, and Qualified Mental Health Professional. Courtney’s approach is person-centered and integrates CBT, motivational interviewing, grief counseling, and prevention programs such as Too Good for Drugs. Since moving to Brookings from Portland, Oregon in 2019, Courtney has embraced serving the community as part of BBHW’s compassionate, client-centered team. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, and playing video games.
